FEES, DEPOSITS, REFUND POLICY

FOOTBALL FEES
$350.00 TOTAL ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE any football gear will be issued to any players.

CHEER FEES
New enrollment $450.00
Returning athletes $275.00 plus cost of replacement uniform items needed.

DEPOSITS

$100.00 Fundraising fee
$100.00 Equipment deposit/Football gear (Check or Credit Card Kept on File)

Prior to receiving any football gear
ALL fees and deposits must be paid or payment arrangement must be made prior to gear issue. 
Note: If you sign up to help at one of our games and do not show up, your child CAN be benched.
The only way we can run this league is with your help! 



REFUND POLICY

It is important that there is a mutual understanding between parents and CYF regarding the no refund policy. In order to run this league CYF has to prepay for insurance, field usage, refurbishment of the football gear, and other required administrative things. We prepay for most things prior to the season starting and can't recoup them in the event your child decides he/she doesn't want to play. It is for that reason CYF has a NO REFUND policy.

All fees paid to CYF are not refundable except the following:
* Injury prohibiting player from participating in the youth football season. Note: Once a player is NCYF certified no refund will be given.
* Participant cut from CYF prior to NCYF certification. All fees with the exception of the $175 registration fee will be refunded.
